With more than twenty-five years of executive ministry experience, Jeff brings seasoned insight to churches and nonprofits facing the challenges of growth, leadership strain, and shifting organizational needs. His deep expertise in logistics, systems, and problem-solving helps ministries build healthy structures that support both mission and people—so teams can move forward with clarity, alignment, and confidence.

Throughout his career, Jeff has led staff development, HR, financial and operational systems, strategic planning, and board development. As a trusted advisor to pastors, executive teams, and boards, he equips leaders to govern with unity and biblical accountability while guiding organizations from reactive management to intentional, sustainable leadership.

Marc Burmich

For more than twenty-five years, Marc has helped organizations lead with purpose and grow with clarity—guiding ministries, startups, and multimillion-dollar nonprofits through seasons of growth, transition, and realignment. With a background in brand transformation, venture strategy, organizational health, and executive leadership, he understands both what creates momentum and what quietly erodes it. His experience as a former CMO and CCO, combined with his role as CEO of one of Arizona’s largest nonprofit prenatal care organizations, includes rebuilding brands, expanding services, launching mobile clinics, doubling revenues, and securing multimillion-dollar funding to strengthen statewide impact.

Today, Marc partners with pastors, nonprofit leaders, founders, and boards who feel the weight of leadership and the need for renewed clarity. He helps teams realign mission, strengthen culture, refine their message, and build organizations that lead with integrity and serve with conviction.
